I dug out the dusters and polishers and have
finally updated that
theatrical blogroll. A few new names, including hopeful indications that blogs are making their feral presence known in Sydney, like those spidery starfish that are taking over Port Phillip Bay: former
National Times critic
James Waites is sticking his toe in, as is an
Australian stablemate Lynden Barber, with his blog
Eyes Wired Open. Also check out a couple of interesting blogs from Europe. I've helpfully put the new listees in
bold, so you can tell which ones they are. The roll continues incomplete, but there's some good hunting there all the same. Avant and tally ho!
That's a ton of essential reading and a comprehensive summary of the state of the union. Nice!
ReplyDeleteOne minor quibble, Theatre is Territory is actually a Canadian blog – we're in Toronto.
If you ever wanted to start a Canadian blog section, I could recommend also:
http://thenextstage.wordpress.com/
And
http://gypsyroar.wordpress.com/
But whatever. It's just cool to be on your list with so many other great blogs.
Thanks!
Excellent point, Ian, and one I must address. I'm kind of roughly categorising by continental mass - though obviously this doesn't count for the UK and doesn't excuse a certain laziness. I'll get onto it. Also, if anyone else has suggestions for blogs that ought to be on there, fire away.
ReplyDeleteFixed!
ReplyDeleteCool new image and colour scheme, too!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks Anna. It was time for some decoration, I decided about 5pm yesterday. It didn't even hurt...
ReplyDeleteI love it! As a Constant Reader it has really added to my day.
ReplyDeleteLove the new look.
ReplyDeleteWhat about Hoy Polloy?

Thanks
Ben
Hoy Polloy looks very cool (literally, green and cool). V swish. Looking forward to the play, too.
